Official Language
The official language of the conference is English.
All presentations including discussion and submissions shall be made in English.
Instruction for Oral Presentations
The slides and the presentations must be in English.
Duration of oral presentations:
- Plenary Talks – 40 minutes (including Q&A)
- Keynote Talks – 30 minutes (including Q&A)
- Invited Talks – 20 minutes (including 3 mins Q&A)
- Regular Talks – 15 minutes (including 3 mins Q&A)
Poster Dimensions
Maximum Poster Size: A1 Size 23.4 inches (54.4 cm) wide x 33.1 inches (84.1 cm) high.
Extended Abstract
Extended abstract (1-2 pages) must be prepared according to the Template and be uploaded through the Papercept registration portal.
Full Paper
Each participant can optionally submit a Full paper through the Papercept registration portal after the registration has been completed with the fee payment. Please, download here the appropriate Template.
