The following info is for those who wish to register as an exhibitor. If only wishing to provide monetary support for the conference, or to provide extra monetary support in addition to being an exhibitor, please see information under “Patron Support”.
Conference Background:
We are pleased to invite you to join the Nanotechnology Materials and Devices Conference. IEEE NMDC is a flagship conference series of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC), focusing on research advances in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology. IEEE NMDC brings together key researchers from every sector of nanotechnology, focused on materials and devices. IEEE NMDC aims to highlight current work and future directions in nanotechnology-related research. The IEEE NMDC 2024 will be held in the beautiful alpine environment of Salt Lake City situated near the famous Great Salt Lake and is the Capitol of the State of Utah.

What does an Exhibitor registration include?
• Dedicated table space for exhibition display
• Electrical Power (Standard 120V 15A Receptacle)
• Standard Ethernet Connection available on demand. High Speed Wi-Fi is available by default
• Display of Organization or Company logo in the NMDC’24 conference program and website
• Full conference registration cost covered for 1 person
Exhibition Location
NMDC 2024 will be located at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. Details on exhibition layout will be updated once information is made available.
Exhibit Selection
Tabletop selections will be assigned on a first come, first server basis. Please note our space is limited in the foyer.
Exhibitor Amenities and Guidelines
• Information on the tables and electrical power for use at the hotel will be updated once more details are made available.
• Please note: If you have an audio-video display, the audio must be limited to your space and entry way on either side of your table. The volume must not offend the exhibitors adjacent to your space. The video presentation must not offend nearby exhibitors adjacent to your space.
Exhibitor Fees and Payment Information
• Table top exhibitor registration fee is $1000 (USD)
• Exhibitor registration can be done online via credit/debit card on our registration page once set up. The organization/company representative planning to attend should register online on behalf of their group on our registration platform.
• If you would like to specifically send a check or arrange a wire transfer for payment, please contact us using this form for assistance.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: For cancellations received on or before September 1, 2024, all sums will be returned to the exhibitor. After September 1, 2024, no refunds will be made. Any refunds for canceled exhibit space will be made after the completion of the Exhibition.
