Included items: Conference Registration fees includes access to Conference sessions, Poster sessions, Exhibits, Welcome-drink, Coffee breaks, 1 Full Paper, and a Certificate of attendance.
Extra papers: A registration allows a single presentation and the upload of a single Full paper. If you want to give a second presentation and optionally upload another Full paper, an extra fee of $150/paper is required.
Options: You can upgrade your registration with any of the following options:
Conference Dinner ($15.00)
Accompanying persons are more than welcome in Salt Lake City.
Accompanying persons will not be requested to pay a conference fee. They are welcome to join the coffee breaks and welcome-party for free.
A payment is requested only for other options such as social dinner. The participants can add accompanying-person options on the conference fee (by selecting two or more social dinners, etc.)

Online Credit Card Payment:
Payments via a fully secured e-commerce payment system by credit card will be available in Papercept.
Cancellation Policy
Your payment deducted by $100.00 will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before September 15, 2024.
If a cancellation is received between September 15th, 2024, and September 30th, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be possible after September 30th, 2024.
