Conference fee includes:

• Welkome kit;
• Conference program;
• Welcome cocktail on October 9^th, 2016 at the Congress Center;
• Reception in the Salle des Illustres, Capitole on October 10^th, 2016;
• Social excursion on October 11^th, 2016 (Aeroscopia Museum visit or Historical center of Toulouse);
• Conference diner on October 11^th, 2016;
• Coffee breaks;
• Lunches on October 10^th, 11^th and 12^th, 2016;

**Accompanying person can register to attend social program only. Accompanying persons cannot attend scientific sessions.

Bank Information

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made by writing to NMDC2016_secretariat@inp-toulouse.fr. For any cancellation demand received before September 15^th, 2016, registration fees should be reimbursed except for 100€ for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation demands received after September 15^th, 2016. All types of registration are subject to the same policy of cancellation.
