The 2018 IEEE 13th Nanotechnology Materials & Devices Conference (NMDC 2018) will be held in Portland, Oregon, USA on 14-17 October, 2018 at the Embassy Suites Downtown hotel.
The NMDC 2018 conference will bring together key researchers from every sector in the nanotechnology research field, with a special focus on Materials and Devices.
|NMDC 2018 is soliciting papers and sessions on Materials and Devices for heterogeneous Nanoscience and Nanotechnology systems in these areas:
1.0 Materials & devices for:
1.1 Nanoelectronics, e.g. SETs, memristors, QCAs, NanoCMOS
2.0 Properties, Fabrication and applications of
2.1 Graphene, CNTs, Nanodiamond and Nanowires
3.0 Special Applications
3.1 Nano-fluidics and integrated bio-chips
4.0 Nanotechnology, Nanostructures and Nanosystems
4.1 Nanopackaging, Interconnects, and Reliability of nano-chips
5.0 Modeling and simulation of nano-materials, nanostructures and nanodevices
6.0 Emerging topics related to nanomaterials, nanodevices and nanostructures
7.0 Education in nanotechnology
Selected papers will be invited for submission to the IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology and the IEEE Nanotechnology Magazine in expanded or otherwise modified form as part of a special issue/section on IEEE NMDC2018.
For Special Sessions proposal & paper submissions visit the Authors page.

NOTE: To support those seeking USA Travel Visas, the NMDC 2018 Program committee will perform a “continuous” review; once abstracts are submitted they will be reviewed and notification of acceptance sent. Similarly, once the review manuscript is submitted they will be reviewed and notice sent. Thus the earlier the submission, the more lead time an author can gain for their US Visa processing.
