While we are planning for a face-to-face meeting, we are working on the possibility to offer remote presentations for conference attendees who experience travel restrictions.

NMDC 2021 starts at 8:30AM on Sunday, Dec. 12 with workshops and the Welcome Reception at 6:30PM, and ends at 6 PM on Wednesday, Dec. 15, with the Closing remarks and announcement of the next edition NMDC 2022 in Nanjing.
At least one author of a paper is requested to pre-register by October 1st with FULL REGISTRATION as confirmation of attendance so the paper can be scheduled for the conference and be included in the conference Proceedings. (includes students)
Extra pages fee will be collected at paper submisison in EDAS.
One Full registration covers presentation of two papers.
Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. A registration desk will be available at the Conference.
Registration includes one copy of Conference Proceedings, Technical Sessions, Reception, Banquet, Lunches and Coffee breaks.
There is a $50.00 fee for all cancelled conference registrations. No refunds after Nov. 28, 2021. Substitutions Permitted.
