Registration and Payment – 2017



In order for your accepted paper to be included in the proceedings. At least one author of each paper must register and pay for the conference. Please process to for your Registration and Payment. Registration with payment must be received by 18 September 2017. Earlybird registration deadline is 1 September 2017.


Registration Fees

IEEE Nanotechnology Council supports students to attend the conference through offsetting their registration fees. Each student only presents one paper.

Each regular registration can cover up to two abstracts (or presentations) and only one abstract (or presentation) is allowed under one student registration. Registration payment must be made by 1st September, 2017. Otherwise, the abstracts/presentation/paper without the registration payment will not be included in the proceedings.

After payment, the on-line registration system cannot be changed. Please contact us at if any changes are required or for any clarifications or queries.

All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by Visa/Master Card, Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer.

Items Included in the Registration Fee

Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (U); admission to all technical sessions, six tea/coffee breaks, lunches and conference banquet. Student Registration will not be entitled to the conference banquet.


*IEEE Members and Life Members

IEEE members and Life Members will receive a discount on registration fee. The members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number on the registration form and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.


Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students could enjoy the student registration rates. Students must fax in their ‘student identification card to or email the scanned copy to and to bring along their card to the conference for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:


  • Request on or before 20 August 2017- 25% of paid amount will be charged
  • No refund after 20 September 2017 will be allowed.
  • Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.

After registration, the registration payment can be made on-line using credit cards.

If you are paying by Bank Transfer, please be reminded that you have to pay for the Bank Charges payable to your Remitting Bank and add another SGD30 to the Total Fee Payable to cover for the Bank Charges payable to our Beneficiary Bank.
