Basic Fee includes
- Access to Conference Rooms, Poster Session, Exhibits
- 1 Full paper (1 presentation)
- Conference Kit
- Welcome Drink
- Coffee breaks (6) during the Conference
- Certificate of Attendance
You can upgrade your registration with any of the following options:
- Social Dinner (+80,00 €)
- Guided excursion to archaeological site (+60,00 €)
- Regular lunch for three days at the Ariston Restaurant (+120,00 €) OR lunch box for three days (+45,00 €)
- Additional papers/presentations (150 €/each)
The added items will not be detailed in the payment receipt that will display only the lump sum as the registration fee.
1-Day Fee: Registration for a single day participation is allowed at the following rate:
- Early – 250,00 €; Standard – 300,00 € (not available for plenary, keynote and invited speakers)
Accompanying persons are more than welcome in Paestum.
Accompanying persons will not be requested to pay a conference fee. They are welcome to join the coffee breaks and welcome-party for free.
A payment is requested only for other options such as lunches, social dinner and guided excursion (see above rates). The participants can add accompanying-person options on the conference fee (by selecting two or more social dinners, etc.)

Important:
1) In the payment motivation write “NMDC2023 fee surname” (with YOUR surname)

- Online Credit Card Payment:
Payments via a fully secured e-commerce payment system by credit card is available in Papercept.
Cancellation Policy
Your payment deducted by 90,00 Euro will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before September 1st, 2023.
If a cancellation is received between September 2nd, 2023, and September 30th, 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be possible after September 30th, 2023.
